I recently had a laptop setback. From first communication, to collecting my laptop to updating me on the issue, to sorting the issue and delivery of a working laptop, the whole process was smooth, easy, efficient and a pleasure. Thanks to Joshua and his team & well done on a job very well done!

I'd been avoiding addressing the risk in my IT for years, a ticking time bomb. Kethtech helped me with making everything on my laptop back up to the cloud, and returning my internal back up server to good order, effectively eliminating the risk of ever "losing everything". The technician was patient and explained things in simple English. He also showed me best practice for filing and storing my work. This went a long way to improving my confidence in my business IT status, and the resulting peace of mind is priceless.
