Using the platform
Use the site lawfully and provide accurate registration and listing information. Keep login credentials confidential and do not impersonate another business or individual.
Business content and claims
Members are responsible for content they publish and must have permission to use photos, text and business information. Ownership claims are subject to administrator review and may be declined or revoked if unsupported. Users must not upload unlawful, misleading or infringing content.
External listings
Listing details and third-party reviews may be incomplete or change. Validate prices, qualifications, availability and identity directly with the relevant business. MzansiHub does not guarantee services offered by independent businesses.
Startup and tax assistance
Startup, company registration, B-BBEE and tax-related offerings are enquiry services, not government portals. Any professional or regulatory service is subject to availability, a separate scope of work, and any required authorisation. We cannot guarantee CIPC, SARS or other authority outcomes or timeframes. Do not send ID numbers, banking details, SARS passwords or confidential documents through basic website enquiry forms.
Enquiries and messages
Messages submitted through website forms may be stored for operational purposes and sent to administrators. Contacting third-party companies via public phone/WhatsApp links is outside our control.
Changes and concerns
We may update platform services and these terms. For questions, disputes, content takedowns or privacy concerns use the contact form. Operator legal details and paid advertising terms should be reviewed before commercial launch.
