Chem dry came to clean two chairs and a linen sofa. all were left in the sun to dry per their advice but later that day, I realised my linen sofa had bleached /discoloured in large areas. I contacted Chem dry to come and see what had happened to my sofa and they never firstly apologised and secondly, they never arrived when they had promised to come. I messaged again and rescheduled for the following Thursday and they never showed up again and didn’t contact me since. Sad to have to give a 1-star review - don't think I ever have in the past. Chemdry was, unfortunately, very unresponsive to me. They agreed to come and quote me, then failed to show up. They gave me no explanation of why they had not come. Not recommended.

We booked them and where guaranteed that they were covid compliant and they had hazmat suites that they used. So we decided to use them because we have 3 young children 14, 13 and 4 year old the 14 year old has type 1 diabetes. when they arrived they did not have hazmat suites and expected our 4 year old to have a mask on in his own house while they cleaned. Next their machine blew l and the upholstery was sopping wet they left and said they will be back 5 days time. This is not professional. We do not recommend them 11/01/2021
