The lady on the phone asheka is absolutely rude and she has no manners. She should not even have a job there. My husband called in yesterday and I called in today thinking her manners would improve but she was very ride. Since the owner never comes in, I'm sure he can read this and get a new receptionist because she is going to lose alot of business.
Great service good system. It's not like the woodhurst test station. In woodhurst you need to pay a bribe to pass ur car they fail you for silly stuff just to get a bribe. I went to woodhurst 3 years ago wit a new car. The back window was jammed for sum reason n they failed me. But a scrap tazz went next and was rusted and had a broken light and falling boot lid and they passed that. So you need to know sum1 to pay the bribe in woodhurst . So you better of at the unit 5 test station.
Best in the business. Kovilan is extremely proffesional and highly informative
