Tertia and her team at the Ear Institute in Adelaide Tambo Drive are simply outstanding! Tertia has immense knowledge of her field and the products available, but what truly sets her apart is her deep compassion for your specific needs and personal requirements. What blew me away is her unmatched ability to describe exactly what to expect and what your experience will feel like—even without using the devices herself. You feel completely understood, supported, and in expert hands from start to finish. I cannot recommend Tertia and the Ear Institute (Durban North) highly enough!

Audiologist, Tertia, and her team are absolutely wonderful! Seldom does one find such kind, friendly and professional service in beautiful rooms with state of the art equipment. Tertia was caring, helpful and supportive whilst being very knowledgeable, well-trained and thorough during my consultation and testing. What a lovely experience! I cannot recommend Tertia and the Ear Institute (Durban North) highly enough!
