Made an appointment for a special treat. After sending pics of what was required, we arrived timeously to find out that they did not have the product or experience to execute what we wanted. A wasted day of disappointment. Owner was contacted whilst we were at the premises and said she's away and nothing could be done further.
Completely butchered my hair. People are actually asking me why my hair looks like that. Extremely disappointing
Excellent service, the most friendly staff with a warm and fun atmosphere , will definitely be going back.
