Really great stay our room had a balcony! For a new spot, staff really try their best to assist! Will be back for sure!

Store layout makes no sense . The counters are set up like a maize , and biscuits are displayed behind the cashier so you have to follow a queue and get to the cashier to decide what biscuits you want to take -holding up the line behind you . The two ladies working there are very rude , either shouting across the shop to each other or talking to customers like they are forced to work there - showing no interest or patience. They are the reason for this rating. However, there is a wide variety of sweets and chips there , but I won't be shopping here again due to the service from both those ladies. 18 May 2023

Disgusting service from a woman at the front counter. She felt she was doing me a favour by serving me. If only she remembered where her salary is generated from. Lots of other wholesale biscuit suppliers out there people.
