Mandos Used Spares

I called in, spoke to the first person, he did not know anything, get transferred to the next person, I told him everything I needed, then he puts someone else on the line. I was frustrated with the telephone service.

Very Arrogant and Rude. I telephonically enquired about a part, the price given to me was Exorbitant. In return I compared the price of a new part to what he quoted me, to ensure there was no mistake. In return I was told rudely to buy the new part, instead. I visited a competitor down the road who not only provided the same part cheaper, then the new, but also, cheaper then these guys.

They don't do refund if the part doesn't match or fit that's so not fair to stuck with the part not knowing what to do with it .
