The most amazing people to deal with. Went in for my eye test and new multifocal glasses and received A+ service from everyone. I Returned a month later for new reading glasses as well and have to say that the service was just as good. The lady at reception is truly amazing. I Will definitely recommend them to everyone I know.
The place was easy to find, and the reception staff were warm and welcoming. The optometrist took her time during the consultation, was extremely patient, and made the entire experience comfortable and pleasant.
Not only was I super Impressed with the impeccable service the 1st time I went in to Tolksdorf, but the lady behind the counter took her time to get to know me and my style, so when my specs broke, she was able to help me over the phone to pick new specs without causing me the inconvenience of having to go back to the shop to pick them. 1000/10 service 👌
