I just wanted to take a moment to thank you for the outstanding service I received during my recent visit. From the moment I walked in, I was impressed with the friendly and knowledgeable assistance from Fezeka who went out of their way to assist me. The quality of her service is exceptional, and I appreciate the time and care she took to ensure I had the best shopping experience.

I would like to sincerely commend Nikeel for the outstanding assistance he provided me today. He went above and beyond his duties to ensure that I was fully assisted and completely satisfied. His professionalism, patience, and genuine willingness to help made the entire experience smooth and pleasant. It is rare to encounter someone so dedicated to customer satisfaction, and his efforts did not go unnoticed. Nikeel is truly an asset to the linen factory and represents excellent service standards.

I had never been to the linen factory but always heard about this gem. Finally plucked up the courage to go and I was so pleasantly surprised! It isn’t the best area but has ample parking down their road with workers everywhere. Thuli helped while we were in the shop and basically felt like we had our own personal shopping assistant, she followed us with a trolley and advised on what was on special. Really amazing deals on things that cost a fortune at the shops! Worth a visit!
