Umbusi Leadership Speaker

SSM Dominion

Umbusi Thought Leadership Institute has been an incredible instrument in our leadership development programs. Umbusi as the man exemplifies tenacity , courage and integrity. The impact on our leadership has been enormous because it has pushed us out of our comfort zone and made us realise leadership potential like never before. I commend him for his versatility and eloquence. He is an amazing student of anything worthwhile and appreciates everyone who adds value to his leadership.

Liked your definition of leadership as being transformational. Unless you will continue on the topic, I do feel the video was short. I would add more practical examples on the topic. Overall though, the content met my expectations. Thank you for sharing

What a gentlemen Umbusi is and an absolute honour to have met him. It must have been five years ago when I met this gentleman. Heart of gold, wise with amazing gift of welcoming and embracing people. As an observant student of his leadership, I have learnt the powerful balance between humility and wisdom - a very rare breed in the leadership fraternity. This institute is what this nation and Africa has been waiting for.
