Very disappointing experience. I ordered a tablet from the Matrix Warehouse website when it was displayed at R10, completed the purchase and paid R190 for delivery. Matrix later claimed it was a pricing error and refused to fulfil the order, offering that I either pay R1900+ for it or they'll refund it. I also found the R10 listing through a Google sponsored result, despite initially being told no advertisement existed for the product. Extremely disappointing experience. The manager was rude, unprofessional, and displayed a very poor attitude. Walking around the shop with no shoes and refused to speak with me. I purchased cables on three separate occasions, none of which worked, and he refused to process a return. I would highly recommend CRM Technologies and Mytabyte, both located on the same road. They offer excellent service and a wide range of technology at more affordable prices.
