Anand's Bakery has become a landmark in Umhlatuzana. I remember when the store initially opened many years ago and about a 100 metres from the current location. I used to stop there to buy bread and milk and the freshly baked cakes that was always available. Eventually the tasty fish cake become the calling card for many people to stop by at Anands Bakery.... Whilst today the fish cake is not as hot as it used to be, it still seems to remain a big seller.... The flavour and taste is still the same.... Well done to the team of this family run business....
