Infinity Car Wash

Overall, I'm pleased with the car wash service - my vehicle looks great. However, I'm extremely disappointed with the handling of a repair issue. The cup holder drawer was broken during the wash. I've been met with silence. It's unacceptable that this issue remains unresolved. Until they take responsibility and fix the problem, I cannot recommend this car wash. I was told by the manager Sanjay that he has to go back and check the cameras and i must leave my details and he'll get back to me (im still waiting its been 2 weeks now) i dont know what checking the camera will resolve
