1 Star – Unfair and Unprofessional Clamping at Reservoir Hills Mall
Inkosi Security Services, who manage the parking security at Reservoir Hills Mall, unfairly clamped our vehicle in the mall parking area.
There are no visible signs indicating “No Parking”, no entry restrictions, and no signage warning that vehicles will be fined or clamped. At other malls and properly managed parking facilities, these rules are always clearly displayed. In this instance, there was absolutely no indication that parking in that spot was prohibited.

My estate recently contacted this company to oversee security but these guys enforce the rules as and when they see because apparently not all residents are equal in their eyes. True divide and conquer antics straight out of the apartheid play book. After making us pay a R1000 fine for parking on the wrong place, they refuse to give a receipt - a clear money making scam. I’m even starting to doubt the money is going to the estate.
