May be they (the complex managers) must appoint traffic controllers, the visitor don't stop where indicates and just reverse out of parkings without looking and show finger signals when you use the hooter. Neerly 3 accidents for me in 1 drive through, I was there because I had to, not a place I will recommend.
The centre offers a vintage, friendly feel with outdoor seating areas and a relaxed neighborhood charm. Convenient, clean with easy parking.
Quaint little shopping centre with eclectic boutiques and eateries.
