Byron was extremely helpful, patiently explained what was wrong with my laptop, how he was going to repair, it and even suggested upgrades to make the laptop last longer. Highly recommended. Excellent service - Friendly, helpful, honest, professional and above all extremely knowledgeable at what they do. They are not just out to make a quick sale(which is extremely rare these days) The only PC shop I will use in future.
