Very bad customer service experienced here. They are all happy when you buy, but even if you come the following day to return something in its own original packaging, with a till slip...you wont get a refund here!!! They told me to leave the item, wait until weekend or next week when they have enough money to refund me R900??? Like what kind of pathatic business are you guys running there?? Have you ever heard of consumer protection act?? When i pay with a card and need to return the iten you must return my money back in my card period!!! That old white woman was not even bothered...just told me to wait a good 6d…

The service is good, with a well stocked uniform shop. The quality of the uniforms are not good. We found the girls school shirt with one sleeve longer than the other. The boys socks comes with a manufacturer defect, which we asked about and were told its the way it is, pictures attached. The prices of all the uniforms are approx R20 over priced in comparason to other uniform shops, this is largely due to them being the only distributor of some of the school uniforms, an unfair monopoly to us parents.
