The lady with the platinum hair acts like she's doing us a favor just because says shes working there for over 10 years and apparently knows what shes doing, deadbeat attitude. Need better employees which actually have life in them that enjoy doing their job without being self centered for customers to feel welcomed.

I bought a demo Verimark iron for R400 about a week ago. Took it home and tried to use it. It did not work. I went back to the shop at Chatsworth centre the next day to return it and get a refund but I was told by the assistant, that the headoffice has to do the refund. Too much of my personal details which I found very disconcerting was recorded. I was promised a refund within 2 days. The money was supposed to be put into my bank account but has still not been deposited. My advice, be very guarded when buying demo models and the Verimark policy regarding refunds.

Hi. Tried several times to call them to enquire about a product that I required a handle for. They just don't answer their phones. Drove to the store and there were no customers at the time but the assistant was on her cell phone and the store phone ringing. They don't offer any confirmation when they take in your stuff for assessment.
