Wish I did not have to give any stars. I queried a price on my slip with whom I would assume was a manager. Big mistake. She was so rude and actually appeared annoyed with me for my query. Big stores like these need to send their staff for interpersonal skills training. Will most definitely not be visiting that store again. There's no staff to help, store is in a mess and cashiers talk to each other whilst serving the customers. It's no wonder why this store is so quiet.

I visited the store today and was shocked at how rude and unfriendly the cashier was. She did not even greet me, and her face was so angry. Please hire people that know how treat customers.

A big retail store like Jet don't answer the phones. I have tried over 15 times but i failed to get through. A week ago I went into the store to fetch my card, only to be told they are offline. So when I tried to call them again a few days ago , still no answer. I went back to the store and again they were still offline. Maybe if they answer the phone , then we won't waste our time making a trip to the store and be told they are still offline .
