The most disappointing, unprofessional experience ever. Made an appointment for 15h00 on Thursday the 8th of December 2022. I arrived at the salon only to find the 1 nail technician still busy with a 13h00 app. The other technician was busy with the 14h00 app. My nails were only prepared at 17h00. The 14h00 app for nails was only done at 17h45. After sitting at the salon for 2 and half hours assuming I will be next.
