I am so disappointed at the poor service from this company. I phoned several times to make security arrangements and the people I spoke to assured me that they would pass the message on. They don't keep their promises and say sorry they're too busy. I requested an email address and was told they're too busy to give this information. I was told during loadshedding that you can't have too many emergencies. Vonelle in the control room is extremely rude and is not the person to handle any emergency situations. I’m writing this review on two specific security guards that work at the estate where I stay. I currently reside in WaterFall The Woods Estate Durban. The estate which I reside in is facial app recognition to enter. I’ve had to change my face App recognition twice as it has been giving me problems granted. The security that works with Ngobese gave me attitude when he was to open the boom gate using his face instead of communicating with me effectively about the face app recognition entry post.
