I placed an order at 15:37, am still waiting. I get home late from work and could not pick it up myself. Considering the type of medication ordered and it's for a child it is now 19:37, pharmacy is closed and still havent received. Its not the first time, we live nearby and yet wait after hours for delivery as if the person is dropping it off on their way home! 3 years later today and 3 requests later, I find out the surnames have Still not been corrected on the system as per medical aid details. No number to call as its after hours and still sitting and waiting.

My grandmother's medication was supposed to be delivered on the 22nd, she's a chronic patient and relies on her medication, its the 26th and we still haven't received her medication or any communication from the pharmacy regarding anything. I call today only to find out the "claim had been rejected" and they will "process it again and sort it out".
I work a 7 day week and I can't run around from pillar to post trying to figure out what's going on with her medication.
They have all of her details and if at any point there are any delays, rightfully this should be communicated with us.

They are extremely slow, the medication is overpriced when you give them a script. They then ask if its ok.
