This company installed my IDS alarm system I cancelled my monitoring service with them and chose another security company. I called Future electronic to assist in resetting the installers code. They have the code because they installed. They refused to assist and I don't think this is good practice on customer service .I also don't think it's acceptable for them to refuse giving me the code.

Almost every other day your street alarm goes off disturbing us continuously throughout the night outside our room on star street. Complaints to control room but still nothing is being done. Disgusting service not sure why you just don't replace or remove this annoying thing. I cannot understand why we must be subjected to this!!!
