I saw the negative reviews but figured (a) I need a simple thing (b) they were some time back Boy was I wrong. When the employee was asked to fit a mower blade, he went off. Save yourself the anguish, find somewhere else.

With the tough economic times we face, cannot believe people can be so rude and obnoxious. Did not even enter shop properly and the owners wife turned us away. Took my business to Southway Mica, were Peter and his staff was more than willing to help. A pity there is not a zero star rating, Malvern Mowers you would have gotten a zero star rating from me today.

Had our lawnmower for a month did nothing. They gave us the wrong persons quote. Did not even try to hide the castle lite bottles and the workers brag about the alcohol infront of customers. We eventually just went and fetched the lawnmower as nothing was done to it.I would give zero stars if I could
