My journey with Pinnacle started about 4 years ago, when I realised I had some structural issues with my home. I had never heard of the term underpinning before until a few people pointed out that my home may require it. I made an appointment with Doug who came to my home did a walk around and explained to me that the only way to really know what's going on is to do pit test and a camera inspection.
