Today at 9:45/50 - to 10 I was at your garage to buy 20s the lady who was there lacked customer service, she didn't serve me instead served another person who walked in 3 minutes later then me, I went out, I then came back 2 minutes late she still ignored me until another lady helped me, please try and train her with customer service and work attitude, the name of that lady was BUSI I saw on her name tag

Absolutely terrible service had to wait for more than10 minutes before I finally just drove off to another service station this is not the first time please get your act together... You don't even deserve 1 star

very poor service for a busy service station. Needs a better management system of staff and processes. Been their twice , only to wait for almost for also 15 minutes without being attended to because they decided to check the fuel tank levels during peak hour(16:30pm). The send time was around 18:20pm with only one cashier was attending to "customers" while the other cashier attended to collecting money from the petrol attendants. Needless to say that taxis fill up around this time everyday and they mostly pay with the days coins reveived from their clients. (Counting R5 and R2 takes time ......)
