Had lunch here today and ordered the Thali which cost R150. It included a trufruit juice (bottle), rice, a roti, dhal, paneer curry, butter beans curry, veg curry of the day okra and paneer, a samoosa, soji, pickle. A small portion of each. Food was unfortunately not hot but the dining area does have a microwave with utensils. Staff should be attentative and clean up tables after customers have left instead of letting new customers sit at a joined table with dirty dishes. The shop could do with an upgraded look. Food is always good but do not visit close to closing time. There aren't many options and service is substantially lacking. I was ignored in the queue while the lady assisted a friend who came after me. Wasn't happy about waiting so long for 3 curries. Best to visit when opening or for lunch. Dining area is basic but comfortable. The lighting needs some work. Service staff are friendly and efficient. Food is cheaper if you eat in rather than take away. Portions are quite generous if you eat in so rather do that.

This is one of the best vegetarian restaurants/takeaways I have ever been to! It’s situated under the Hare Krishna Temple. Delicious food with friendly service! A really peaceful and beautiful place to eat! 😊🙌🎉
