The fish was extremely stale,and tasted bad

Service is pathetic! Waited over 45min for 1 piece of hake and chips and the shop was not even busy. The cashier did not apologize for the delay and kept lying and saying she is packing the meal when I could see into the kitchen and they just started frying the fish and chips. Very disappointed with the customer service at the pelican shop. Furthermore, the batter of the fish was very salty and chips was drenched in oil. I will never purchase from this store again nor will I tell others about this store
