The staff are great and helpful. Their customer service is satisfactory. The store looks quite disorganized though.

The service is awful. I went there to go make a purchase with a gift card I received (first, I waited for about 15 minutes, mind you I was in front of the queue, only to be ignored by the staff who seemed to be counting money and blatantly ignoring customers). Only to be told, AFTER manually calculating the cost of the items I wanted to purchase, that I couldn't be assisted with a gift voucher and that I must either use cash or my bank card because the systems had go be shut down early due to load shedding.
