The Hub

Thank you Austin Govender, Chatsworth, I visited the store on 18th June, was very impressed with Austin Customer Care, he went that extra mile, into the storeroom to get the required size of a toddler jacket which was not on the rack. The cashiers are also fast n friendly, n the manager is a very pleasant lady, so happy to shop at your Chatsworth branch. Thank you always.

There was a discrepancy on the pricing of bata toughee school shoes: what was on the box and what was on the shoe itself. One would expect the store to give the customer the benefit of the doubt but their manager was very rude in handling the situation. So they selling last years stock at this year's prices. Anyway 2 doors away at nu-shop you get the same shoes much cheaper and better service.
