I am absolutely appalled by the hazardous health standards and complete lack of professional accountability at Copper Chimney Chatsworth.
My husband and I ate at this establishment and were served a dish with completely undercooked, raw meat and degraded, old food. This resulted in severe food poisoning and medical distress. Because of this negligence, my husband suffered a direct financial loss due to taking two days of documented unpaid leave from his employer while we self-medicated at home.

The food was really disappointing. I ordered the butter chicken, but the gravy tasted like raw chicken had been dumped in it. The naan was dry and hard, and even the sink area was dirty and unkept. The only thing I actually enjoyed was the Bombay Crush — it was refreshing and tasty. Overall, poor hygiene and low food quality ruined the experience.

I visited Copper Chimney for supper this afternoon and was extremely disappointed. The food was absolutely terrible a complete waste of time and money. The service was also very poor. There was only one waiter working, and while I understand the weather may have been difficult, he didn’t smell very pleasant.
The restaurant itself was very unkept. The sink was filthy, and the overall cleanliness was unacceptable. Management appears to be seriously lacking, as there was no attention to customer service or the state of the dining area.
