After being a customer from the time the store opened,I would not be going back.a young male employee, has been dishonest after I purchased a defective helium filled balloon.he examined the item in my presence, but their were no cuts.he then went to the back of the store and returned after 5minutes.He then shows me a cut approx 5cm.to this guy,you know what you did

Very helpful staff, they truly went out of their way to assist not once but twice this week, I gave them a tedious task of printing out a safety file not once but twice and they did it without any complaints and it was a remarkable job , I will not go to any other print shops from now on , and they also stock lots of party stuff and kids school projects, amongst other things

The most coldest store to be in. Such sour faces and unfriendly and unhelpful staff. They'll attend to you, then get busy with some insignificant work and leave you waiting like a dog for them. Utter disrespect for your client, especially the woman behind the counter. Not willing to go the extra mile, like they doing you a favor. Guys, if you don't want your day to be spoilt, keep away from this shop. They don't deserve any stars. I was really disappointed with them. Yet the other shops around there offer such friendly and efficient service
