So I purchased a minnie mouse water bottle and 2 days later when taking the bottle to give the person it was bought for i see it had a Crack on it took it back to pep to return and get a new bottle and I was told that it was double checked on day of purchase when it was not and that I dropped the bottle so they refused to return it , The cashier Sandy did not check the 2 bottles that I bought. R50 is R50 why must it be thrown away , Chatsworth pep as pathetic customer service
