Convenient shopping centre with a good mix of stores, restaurants, and essentials. Easy to access, generally clean, and not too overwhelming compared to larger malls. Overall a really pleasant centre to visit.

Very disappointed with my experience at SouthDowns Centre. I bought chicken strips from one of the stores and decided to sit on one of the many benches near the children’s playground while eating. A security guard approached me and told me I was not allowed to sit there.
I found this extremely unreasonable and embarrassing, especially since there were plenty of benches available and I was simply eating food purchased at the centre. On what grounds am I not allowed to sit on a public bench? There was no clear signage or explanation given.
