Salome is a superstar, she's always so professional. The same goes for the ladies who do nails, absolute sweethearts, they felt like true aunties. There are a couple ladies training with Mikayla who perhaps need some training on customer service and how facial expressions contribute to the client experience.

Unfortunately the time waiting has not improved since my last visit, today the long wait was very unfortunate. The staff to be fair are generally friendly but should update customers on the long waits, regards
