we have been ordering gas for many years from Jayson's gas and didn't have any problems, however from November 2025 ,we been experiencing alot of issues from them,because people rely on the gas for theirs stoves so that they can cook, but now we don't receive the gas the same day like how we used to..so how do we cook without gas ? and also the staff members- they don't confirm or send a message back if they received our order on whatsapp, then the delivery guys doesn't have change or they don't bring the card machine, we would really appreciate it, if service can be done better.

Literally the worst customer service I’ve ever received. Had an order planned for the morning, confirmed by them. Firstly when I asked for an eta in the morning, they replied in all caps “ORDER IS OUT FOR DELIVERY”, they did not come in the morning and still didn’t provide me with an eta. I phoned at 12pm to find out where the order is as we had other commitments for the afternoon. They replied again that it is out for delivery. Once again I asked for an eta and yet they still didn't answer that question. By 2:30pm they still hadn’t messaged me with whats happening with my order so I called again and eventually …

Worst customer service I've ever received. I called in on Tuesday and ordered at bottle to be delivered. Fast forward it's Thursday and still no gas bottle. I called the store multiple times to confirm my order. The lady / ladies on the phone said that they going to call me back but never did.
Mr Jason your business is well known and I heard good things about your business but you need to relook at your staff members , no customer service at all. It's so sad that your staff don't like to follow up on there customers. Remember every customer counts.
