I initially hired Enzo Photography for my fiancé’s birthday in April 2025. They purchased a custom canvas gift for the event, but he arrived empty-handed on the day, leaving me with no time to make alternative plans. I was told the paint wasn’t dry and promised extra canvases to make up for it, which I never received. I then waited much longer for the photos instead of the promised three months, and when I finally received the photobook, the video still wasn’t ready. Absolutely useless service - 1 star is too much. It’s been 9 months since they filmed my hurdee night - 26/07/2025.
The only thing they have delivered so far is my photobook. There is zero communication and I have to keep following up for my video.
Now this is something to listen to. Sorry for the long story but it will save you time and money. Trust me….
