Please be aware of my current experience with this business and owner. I requested a repair to my tumble drier, for which he promptly arrived to look at. It couldn't be repaired on Site, for which it was taken back to his workshop. 2 weeks later, on my enquiry, I was told the tumble drier was not repairable, but that he had purchased spare parts and needed payment. On offer they replaced it with a second hand drier. The replacement did not work and the owner was informed as such, and I requested it be replaced with a functioning unit.
