Their lack of communication and customer service is appalling! Took me since the 27th of November to book for an event on the 8th of December; I was literally on WA, email and phone call with them but they wouldn’t respond with confirmation of the booking or a quote even. They don’t communicate unless you badger them and become rude, then they tell you they are very busy they don’t have time to respond- oh my word are you running a business or not? Ugh the worst! A bunch of crooks. Paid the twice in error for an event in October 2020, made them aware in November and sent them all proof and payments and bank statement. Gave them a detailed description. Belinda even called me back once in December and promised the her husband will to a transfer on Monday the 4th of January 2021. Come 21 January 2021 I have received my money back, now she just reads my messages and does not respond
