Fresh baked goods and fruit selection were great. Thando at the tills provided excellent service and was very helpful. Unfortunately, my experience with another staff member, Sethu, was disappointing. Her till was free, but when I approached, she told me she hadn’t called me and expected me to return to the queue. I chose to wait for Thando instead, whose till was just ahead. While I was still waiting, Sethu then called another customer forward, which was frustrating and unnecessary. This interaction negatively affected my overall experience. I hope customer service consistency can be improved. Spar at Mall@R55 …
