The owner takes on too many projects at once. Promises to be dedicated and professional and timeously when taking on project. Non of that is fulfilled. Full Payment is asked for, although the work is incomplete. He the owner. Once payment is done, the client has to go personally to get the work completed Leaves staff unattended. Staff are rude, with no regard for the quality of workmanship. It is an incomplete and extremely untidy final product. Cost the client more to redo the work.
