I sent my Jack Russell for grooming last month for the first time and they injured my dog very badly at the tail while shaving. They cut her twice with the blade. I won't ever trust my dog with this place again. Thankfully she's still alive. I even messaged to ask if she was okay while being shaved and nobody responded to my message till date. They are very quick to take people's money and don't seem to care about pets. Disgusting behavior! They did not even bandage my dog.
