I made a purchase at the Chatsworth store and enquired if the item could be returned on my behalf. I was informed it Should be fine . My son returned the item with the receipt and was informed exchanges are made only by the person who made the purchase. I have a serious health condition and had to go in personally and upon enquiry the cashier informed me no one came in.
