My security company was giving me poor service and contacted DRK. I asked for a written quote almost 2 months ago and never heard from them since, even though they called me with a promise to send it. Fortunately, my security company improved their services and I am still with them. Their response team is good when asked to respond to crime scenes, their admin is a problem.

Took more than a week to get me a quote for upgrade to system. I had recommended them to six other units of my complex, but have now decided to stay with current service provider as they have upped their game. Sorry, DRK, if your pre sales service is so slack, I shudder to think what the r est of your service will be like if I had signed over to you! None of the other units will now be changing either.

Response/patrol Team is excellent. But their admin/office team is letting them down. A little disappointing. Sometimes calls are not answered in the emergency room, response that you get is that they were on another call. Very difficult to get hold of anyone once you have signed up. Sometimes there is a false alarm at our property where we state "false alarm" but their response team still arrives at your gate. Seems to be miscommunication from call centre. I called their call centre at 3am , because my dogs were going crazy. Sounded like the person on the other end of the line was having the best nap and I distur…
