We are so glad to have a service provider like MPEI. They cater to all our power needs. Andile and his team explains everything in a way you understand. They service our 120Kva UPS and various other smaller UPSs at our Durban branch. They additionally service our generators twice a year and they are available anytime we need them. They are an absolute pleasure to work with.
Highly professional, good spirited team with attention to detail. I am extremely happy with their work, willing to go the extra mile to ensure customer satisfaction.
They offer fastastic expert advice on their products. Purchased UPSs and batteries a couple times: their service is excellent.
