I received terrible service from consultant Derusha Nadar. She did my tax return for the year 2022 (without any supporting documents) and I cannot get ahold of her since then. She changed all of my personal information on the system to the point that I could not do another tax return until going into Sars and sitting there for hours for my information to be updated. This is absolutely disgusting behavior and I will report this to higher authorities.
