Outstanding service! Ambrose and Chico were amazing. So polite, so professional, so efficient and knowledgeable. They worked quickly to fix the issue and were such a blessing during this anxieryy-filled time. Exceptional customer service from both staff, and Jurgens Plumbers is highly recommended. I will not hesitate to call on them again if ever needed. Thank you for the exemplary service.

Kade from Jurgens Plumbers attended to my geyser problem via the Discovery insure call centre. He was on time, diagnosed the issue within minutes and quickly replaced the faulty valve. Alls been well since then. I'm super impressed and cannot recommend both Jurgens and Kade enough!!!!

I found Jurgens Plumbers on google. I called for an urgent repair, and Susan was amazing - she expedited this repair within 2 hours. Ambrose and Chico arrived timeously - they took their time to assess where the leak was, and repaired it. Thereafter, then ensured that water supply was restored in the entire building, and also gave advice on what would need to be fixed in the short term. Absolutely friendly staff and they went the extra mile. I now have them on our database as a service provider for all future plumbing at our company - IT Certification Academy
