Bought quite a high end spinning rod and was told in store,it does not come with a rod cover. I was a little naive if not stupid believing that it would not come with a rod cover. I contacted the supplier who told me those rods definitely come with a rod cover. I contacted township hyper who then told me those rods come with a cover, another trip and extra cost of fuel. Seems like the sales personnel are chasing commission and are in a hurry instead of checking properly.Previously also wanted jigheads and was told they have stock,when I got to the store they only had 1 pack in stock.

Be very careful when visiting this store , you might empty your bank account if you love angling . Also note that the bait at this store is always fresh and reasonably priced (wide variety).

One cashier on the day and allot of chatting among the staff behind the counter while customers wait. Almost seem like they have regulars that get attention and new business is not really deemed important. Allot of staff clustered in walkways having chats with regulars and you have to go around or squeeze through. All in all. Not a good experience.
I asked the one staff member is there only one cashier, just replied yes and no sense of urgency or willingness to assist in moving the line along.
