My experience with this firm was extremely disappointing. As someone living overseas, I expected the attorneys to understand that different countries have different legal processes and notarization requirements. Instead, they insisted on procedures that were not recognised where I was living, which caused significant delays and unnecessary stress. The transfer only started moving forward after I contacted the bank myself and explained the situation directly.
